Availability of the products offered by DECENTRALIZED may vary depending on customer demand. Although DECENTRALIZED updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. Should it not be possible to supply the product due to unavailability, DECENTRALIZED will notify the customer by e-mail as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. In no case will the period for sending this notice exceed a maximum of 30 days. DECENTRALIZED may offer two options: supply a product having similar features or higher quality to the customer at the same price or, saving justified reasons that can be proven by DECENTRALIZED, refund the amounts paid for the cancelled order within the same period.
Returns
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to DECENTRALIZED by emailing us at [email protected] explaining in detail the reason for the return request. In any case this must be done within a maximum period of fifteen calendar days counting from the date of receival of the goods. The period for making returns will be considered fulfilled if the customer returns the product before expiry of the period.
The customer will cover the costs of the return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
